My name is Luca Michelotto and hospitality is not only my career but also my passion. Through the past 20 years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various upscale hotels, bars, restaurants and lounges around the world (Italy, Swiss, England, Spain, Australia, Mexico and the US) where I have provided a variety of consulting services that include staff training, restaurant/bar planning. I have also designed wine lists and cocktail menus, dealt with outside vendors, prepared quarterly objectives and scheduled staff.
